Now what you have all been waiting on my fixes :)

Ok I have to admit the second they sent me my notice that my box had shipped I logged online to only find that the only info I was going to get was names of products. That I then scoured the internet to get peeks at what could be in my box. However since most blogs didnt list the whole names I didn't learn much. So for smart crazy people like myself I have listed the full name and price.

First look

Price sheet. I was always curious of prices so I have been sure to add that to my review.

Finley Bell Sleeve Knit Sweater $58

Ok I tried this on and there was no way I was even going to take a picture it fit large all over and hung off my shoulders. It was also very short. Status : Sent Back

Garvey Tribal Print Open Front Cardigan $68

I really liked this one it was so comfy. Not something I really consider dressy or trendy but I think I could get a lot of use out of this. Status: Kept

Dominick Striped Mixed Material Shirt $58

This was the least expensive thing in my box and I really wanted to like it. It was thin and the back was see through but it was just way to big on me. Status: Sent Back

Sabrina Denim Leggings $78

Legging was right. These suckers were ankle suffocaters. With that being said they fit great in all the right places but they are just black leggings and for $78 I can't justify the money. Status: Sent Back

Amrita Skinny Jean in Navy $68

I really liked these pants. I don't own any navy and they looked great in my boots but were on the long side. I would need at least three inches off the bottom to wear them with flats. Status: Sent Back

Ok and just for the record I started taking pictures of the clothes on till I got frustrated with the ol husband :(

Overall thoughts. This was such a neat idea and will be getting another fix soon. However I requested pants which they came through with and some flowy blouses which I don't feel any of them were exactly what I was looking for. I still am happy with the experiences and have hope for more finds next go around.

JustFab Review

If you haven't heard of JustFab let me tell you a little about them. JustFab is a online store with VIP membership. They have shoes, handbags, accessories and clothing. However there main thing is shoes and handbags. The way it works is the first of every month they pick a variety of style shoes and handbags selected for you based on your style. All priced at $39.95 and you have 5 days to decide if you would like something they have picked for you or if you want to skip the month. You also can always choose to shop anytime of the month from their inventory. When I signed up I was offered 50% off my first purchase. Score!! Making these beauties $19.95.

So far I am in love with these boots and already have a few handbags picked out to gift to myself for Christmas. I love the idea of someone picking shoes and handbags out for me monthly based on my style profile. I also love how simple it is to skip a month if there is nothing I like or need.

If you interested in learning more about JustFab you can do so HERE. Let me know what you think of them :)

Ipsy October 2013

Wowzer two special packages in one week. First the wonderful Birchbox and now a fantastic Ipsy box. First off let me say I have been getting Ipsy for four months now and have yet to be disappointed. Ipsy send you 5 deluxe size to full size products a month and a cute bag to reuse. My kids tend to get most of the bags :). Ipsy runs you $10 a month same as Birchbox and worth every penny in my opinion. Here is my October box review.

Products are reviewed from right to left just to change things up a bit :)

Big Sexy Hair - Blow Dry Volumizing Gel
I love BSH products. They are the best and I can't wait to use this one. Only downfall here is I mostly air dry my hair and blow dry it only on date nights (which if you have two small kids know is never). None the less this sample is a really good size and smells great. Can't wait to use it.

LAFresh - Oil-Free Face Cleanser
This sample comes with 10 wipes and smells great. I have a bad face routine although trying to get better. So this will help make it easy to remove that pesky eye makeup that even after washing doesn't seem to come all the way off. Score on this product too Ipsy

Boxom - Full on Lip Polish
You can't tell from this picture because it is in the foil wrapper but this is a deluxe size if not full size sample. The color is a light pink which is great cause I am a very boring lipstick wearer and ten to wear nude and light colors only. Throwing this in the purse for those re-applies at work.

Nourish Organic - Coconut & Argan Body Lotion
This is a Target exclusive product so for that I'm already sold. Love me some Target :)
This is a perfect purse size lotion and smells great. Nothing more to really say on this one. Love!

Zoya Polish -color Giovanna
This is a full size nail polish. I am learning to love nail polish so much after subscribing to beauty boxes. I am now able to paint my right hand! This color pushes by comfort zone but I love it and will be having a polish party with the girls this weekend I'm sure.

Let me know what you got in your bag and if you haven signed up for Ipsy you need to its fantastic! Please be sure to use my links in post if you decide to join.

Birchbox October 2013

As promised here is my Birchbox review. If you aren't familiar with Birchbox it is a monthly subscription beauty box for both men and women. It cost $10 a month and you get 5-6 samples a month. I have been receiving Birchbox now for 4 months and some months are better than others but I just love the surprise more than anything. On to the goods :)

From left to right I will review each product.

Folle de Joie (Full-size, $98)
Love this. Nice size fragrance sample. Smells like a great fragrance for work or date night without being too strong.

Hydration lock ChapStick (Full-size, no price given)
This was an extra in everyone's box and I'm so glad it was. I am a Chapstick fanatic and wear it constantly. They also provided a $1 coupon. Score!

Miss Jessie's Original - Creme de la Creme Conditioner (Full-size, $16)
Can't wait to try this out tonight. I have long hair that I am always looking for products for. This was a descent size sample too. Even though I loathe the foil packs cause they are hard to store between uses this looks like I could use it a few times.

Pop Beauty - Aqua Lacquer in floating rose (Full-size, $14)
This is a great sample. Really large size at .34 fl oz. Not to sure about the color but will step out of my comfort zone and try.

Liz Earle - Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (Full-size, $28)
Liz Earle - Pure Muslin Cloth (2) (Full-size, $6)
Honestly not to excited to try this. It smells like Proactive and I hate the way that smells. In the name of not letting things go to waste I will try it though and maybe surprised. Another descent size sample.

Overall this box was awesome. Lots of great size products I can't wait to use. If you are interested in trying out Birchbox I would love for you to use my referral link below.

It's been a while....

Boy has it been a while. I plan on getting back to blogging but with a new purpose. I have been addicted to getting monthly boxes such as Birchbox, Ipsy, JustFab, and  StitchFix and think it would be cool to write up some reviews. Should have my first review this weekend :)
